The Department of Anaesthesiology and Reanimation of Instituto Universitario Dexeus (IUD) has been officially accredited since 1990 as a specialist-training centre. In accordance with this, and following the overall guidelines in place at the Institute in this sense, the Department has the responsibility to undertake scientific teaching activities in addition to their normal healthcare activity.

 

This activity includes:

1. Theory and practical academic sessions
2. Scientific sessions
3. Elaboration of clinical protocols
4. Writing and publication of scientific papers
5. Active participation in congresses and scientific meetings
